Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 12 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Sriracha or hot sauce to taste
  • Fresh bell peppers, sliced
  • Shredded carrots
  • Crisp cucumbers, sliced
  • Rice, quinoa, or noodles as a base
  • Fresh cilantro or scallions for topping
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and a dusting of cornstarch before sautéing.
  2. In a bowl, mix ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup sweet chili sauce, and 1-2 teaspoons of minced garlic. Add sriracha to taste for an extra kick.
