- Rice, quinoa, or noodles as a base

Instructions
- Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and a dusting of cornstarch before sautéing.
- In a bowl, mix ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup sweet chili sauce, and 1-2 teaspoons of minced garlic. Add sriracha to taste for an extra kick.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sauté until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
