Description
Deliciously flaky and creamy bites of brie cheese combined with sweet-tart cranberry sauce, all wrapped in a golden puff pastry.

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares or circles (about 3 inches wide).
- Place a small dollop of cranberry sauce in the center of each pastry piece and top with a piece of brie and another dollop of cranberry sauce.
- Fold pastry edges over the filling, pinching to seal. Brush with egg wash.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
Keep the pastry cold until ready to use for better flakiness. Experiment with flavors by adding nuts or spices.
