- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings.
- Add the onion to the pot and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add gnocchi; cook according to package instructions until they float.
- Reduce the heat, stir in the heavy cream and cheddar until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, topped with crispy bacon and parsley.
