Ingredients of Creamy Velveeta Beef & Bowtie Pasta

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle) 🍝
  • 1 lb ground beef 🥩
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 🫒
  • 1 small onion, diced 🧅
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes 🍅
  • 1 cup beef broth 🥣
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed 🧀
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
  • 1 teaspoon paprika 🌶️
  • Salt and 🫙 pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish 🌱

Instructions:

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Add Velveeta cubes and stir until fully melted and creamy.
  6. Toss in cooked pasta and mix until evenly coated.
