Ingredients

- Caprese Skewers (Mozzarella Balls, Cherry Tomatoes, Basil)

Instructions
- Dice fresh tomatoes and mix with minced garlic, chopped basil, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar for bruschetta.
- Toast slices of ciabatta bread in olive oil until golden brown.
- Top with the tomato mixture, and finish with sea salt and cracked pepper.
- Prepare Arborio rice for arancini by cooking it in vegetable broth, mixing in Parmesan cheese once cooked.
- Once cooled, form balls and stuff with mozzarella.
- Roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and cover with breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry until golden brown and serve with marinara sauce.
- For stuffed mushrooms, remove stems and sauté them with garlic.
- Mix with cream cheese and herbs, then spoon into mushroom caps and bake until golden.
