A comforting Pumpkin Spice Latte that celebrates the cozy flavors of fall with espresso, pumpkin, and warm spices.

- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1–2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- A pinch of ground cloves
- 1 cup milk (whole, almond, oat, or soy)
- 1–2 shots of brewed espresso or strong coffee
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brew a shot (or two) of espresso or a strong brewed coffee and set aside.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Add milk and heat until warm, avoiding boiling.
- Once warm, remove from heat and stir in the brewed espresso and vanilla extract.
- For extra creaminess, froth the milk if desired.
- Pour the latte into a favorite mug. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Enjoy while savoring the warm aroma and delightful flavors.
Notes
Adjust the sugar to taste; start small and add more if needed. Frothing can be done using a whisk or a jar with a lid if you don’t have a frother.
