Description

Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • A pinch of ground cloves
  • 1 cup milk (whole, almond, oat, or soy)
  • 12 shots of brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot (or two) of espresso or a strong brewed coffee and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Add milk and heat until warm, avoiding boiling.
  3. Once warm, remove from heat and stir in the brewed espresso and vanilla extract.
  4. For extra creaminess, froth the milk if desired.
  5. Pour the latte into a favorite mug. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  6. Enjoy while savoring the warm aroma and delightful flavors.

Notes

Adjust the sugar to taste; start small and add more if needed. Frothing can be done using a whisk or a jar with a lid if you don’t have a frother.
