Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix until creamy.
- Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture, then stir to combine.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing just until integrated. Avoid over-mixing.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
