- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup cream

- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, whisking for about 2 minutes.
- Gradually add milk and cream, whisking until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in cheese blend, mustard, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta with cheese sauce in a baking dish.
- Optional: Top with breadcrumbs for a crispy finish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until golden.
