Scale
- 8 oz spaghetti pasta
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sautéed
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- Sauté the Vegetables: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil or butter. Sauté minced garlic and sliced mushrooms until golden brown.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, half of the grated cheese, herbs, sautéed vegetables, and pasta. Mix until well combined.

- Bake to Perfection: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
Notes
