  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Vegetables: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil or butter. Sauté minced garlic and sliced mushrooms until golden brown.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, half of the grated cheese, herbs, sautéed vegetables, and pasta. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer to Casserole Dish: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish, pour in the pasta mixture, and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake to Perfection: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
