Ingredients
- Flatbread or Pizza Dough
- Marinara Sauce
- Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- Sautéed Mushrooms
- Roasted Bell Peppers
- Olives
- Fresh Basil or Parsley
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and gather all ingredients.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add sliced mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
- On a baking sheet, place the flatbreads and spread a layer of marinara sauce on each.
- Sprinkle mozzarella on top, then add sautéed mushrooms, roasted bell peppers, and olives to create a graveyard scene.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with olive oil, garnish with herbs, allow to cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
