Ingredients:
• 12 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti) 🍝
• 1 tablespoon olive oil 🫒
• 3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
• 1 small onion, diced 🧅
• 3 cups vegetable or chicken broth 🥣
• 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes 🍅
• ½ cup heavy cream 🥛
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 🌿
• Salt and 🫙 pepper to taste
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
• Fresh basil or parsley for garnish 🌱
Directions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add pasta, broth, and crushed tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
